Transfer, 60, 17-23, (1998); http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/S0022-4073(97)00163-5 Data: table, diagram Energy/Wavelength range: 160 - 260 nm Resolution: 0.06 nm Temperature: 170 K, 295 K, 370 K Temperature dependence: yes Pressure/Concentration: Phase: gas pH: Comments: Using synchrotron radiation as a continuum light source, we have measured the absolute photoabsorption cross sections of H2S from 1600 to 2600 Å under temperature conditions of 370, 295, and 170 K and a spectral bandwidth (FWHM) of 0.6 Å. Moderate temperature effects are observed in the 1850–2100 Å and the absorption threshold regions. The peak, 1609.4 Å, which is assigned to a hot band transition shows pronounced temperature effect.
