Comments: The infrared spectrum of gaseous trichloronitrosomethane has been examined in the region 5000-260 cm-1 and 
some assignments are made. The visible spectrum and the mass spectrum are also reported.
In carbon tetrachloride solution, the absorption maximum is more intense (2.1 x 10-20 cm2/molecule) and occurs at 
approximately 595 nm.
