Comments: In the condensed-phase spectra, absorption in the regions below 50000 cm-1 was determined using room-temperature acetonitrile 
solutions, while the spectra beyond 50000 cm-1 are of neat films at 24 K. The neat-film spectrum of N,N-dimethylacetamide has been scaled so 
that the extinction coefficient at 51000 cm-1 equals that determined for this band in acetonitrile solution.
