Comments: The photolysis of acetylene at 1470 Å has been studied over the pressure region from 0.1 to 10 Torr. 
The absorption cross sections at 147 nm and 174 nm are 1.30 x 10-17 cm2/molecule and 4.80 x 10-17 cm2/molecule respectively.
