Comments: Laboratory measurements of the relative absorption cross-sections of H2O at the temperature 295 K have 
been made throughout the wavelength region 181–199 nm. Laboratory measurements of the absolute absorption 
cross-sections of H2O at 295 K have been made at 15 different wavelengths, and these absolute values have been 
used to put the relative cross-section measurements of H2O at 295 K on an absolute basis.
