Comments: Integrated band strengths (base e) at 296 K were determined to be S(3vOH) = (5.7 ± 1.1) × 10-20 and 
S(4vOH) = (4.9 ± 0.9) × 10-21 cm2 molecule-1 cm-1 with peak cross sections of (8.8 ± 1.7) × 10-22 and (7.0 ± 1.3) × 10-23 cm2 molecule-1 
at 10086.0 ± 0.2 cm-1 and 13095.8 ± 0.4 cm-1, respectively.
