Comments: The dynamics of chlorine atom production from the gas phase photodissociation of carbon tetrachloride at 222 and 235 nm has been
investigated.
The Cl* quantum yields  from CCl4 are: PHI(222nm)=0.35 +- 0.03; PHI(235nm)=0.22 +- 0.02
