Comments: For COFCl the following apparent quantum yields were found: PHI'(210 nm) = 0.90±0.05 (lamp), 
PHI'(210 nm) = 0.85±0.25 (laser), PHI'(222.5 nm) = 0.77±0.33, PHI'(230 nm) = 0.71±0.30 and PHI'(248 nm) = 0.52±0.14.
