Comments: Absorption spectra in the ultra-violet and visible regions of the spectrum have been obtained of solutions in methanol and chloroform of N,N'-bis-(o-hydroxybenzylidene)ethylenediamine and N,N'-bis-(o-hydroxybenzylidene)-o-phenylenediamine and their chelates with iron, cobalt, nickel, copper and zinc.
